• Execute all marketing and sales techniques as requested by various clients
• Develop new strategies for retention
• Create all territory assignments and distributions
• Marinating direct communication with all clients and relaying information to other team members as needed

The Account Manager is responsible for directly overseeing all the employees on the specific account that they are managing.

Responsibilities include:

Our Account Executives will be in charge of all direct sales that occur on behalf of our clients. An Account Executive will learn the marketing and promotion aspects of the client and will deal with the consumers.

• Direct product marketing and sales
• Problem solving and the ability to communicate this information in the appropriate forum
• Participate in meetings and conference calls
• Performance goals
• Strong customer service

Regional Director's are in charge of the day-to-day operations within the company. JP’s oversee local managers and their team members, as well as other offices. Setting policies, create and maintain budgets, operations, and coordinate with local management to evaluate the company performance and efficiencies.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, problem solving, and quick, firm decision-making.
• Able to advise others and take pressure off management, quickly and accurately assess information and share that information with Senior management often in concise reports
• Back office (payroll, admin, finances etc.)
• Recruitment strategies
• Managing and supervising over 90 team members
• Technology savvy
